Using VoochR

Terms of Use

Last updated . These terms cover the VoochR website, mobile and web apps, and Chrome extension.

The VoochR Services are published by M&M, a French micro-enterprise.

1. Accepting these terms and age requirement

By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. The Services are not intended for anyone under 15. A minor must use them under the responsibility of a legal guardian.

2. What VoochR provides

VoochR lets you browse offers and promo codes associated with creators, search for them on the web or mobile, and, on supported sites, see whether the Chrome extension finds an offer for the site you are visiting. Some personalised features require an account or an optional connection to a third-party service.

These terms cover the consumer-facing Services described here. A separately agreed service may be governed by its own terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and promptly report unauthorised use. You remain responsible for actions performed through your account except where they result from VoochR’s fault or another situation protected by law.

4. Offers and merchants

VoochR helps you discover promotional information, but it is not the seller of the related products or services and is not a party to your purchase. An offer may change, expire, be limited to certain products, countries or customers, or be refused by the merchant. Check the final price, eligibility and merchant terms before purchasing.

Unless explicitly stated, the presence of a creator, brand, platform or merchant does not mean that it endorses VoochR or that an affiliation exists.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
  • bypass security measures, disrupt the Services or try to access restricted areas or data without authorisation;
  • scrape at scale, resell, reproduce or exploit the Services or their content beyond what the law or written permission allows;
  • impersonate someone, provide misleading information or use the Services to distribute unlawful content.

6. Intellectual property

VoochR-specific elements, including its brand, interface, text, visuals and software, belong to M&M or their respective rights holders and are protected by law. Third-party brands, offers and content remain the property of their owners. No right is granted beyond the personal use of the Services permitted by these terms.

7. Personal data

The VoochR Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed, including the categories of data, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and your rights.

8. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to platforms, merchants or other third-party services. Their own terms and policies apply. M&M does not control their availability, prices, content or handling of your data.

9. Availability and security

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they may be changed, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside our control. No digital service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error.

10. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, M&M is not responsible for an offer changed or refused by a third party, the content or operation of a third-party service, or use of the Services that breaches these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension, account closure and deletion

You may stop using the Services or request closure of your account. We may restrict or suspend access following a breach of these terms, a security risk, a legal obligation or abuse. The processing of data connected with account closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the Services or applicable rules change. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide appropriate advance notice of a material change where the law requires it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence. If a problem arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it amicably. Otherwise, the applicable statutory rules on court jurisdiction apply.
